How long does it take to get a response?
General inquiries are answered within one to two business days. If you submitted a project request, your verified match reaches out within one business day. Business applications are reviewed within five to seven business days.
I submitted a request but haven't heard back. What should I do?
Your matched professional should reach out within one business day. If it has been longer, email support@handvetted.com with your name and ZIP code and we will look into it right away.
I want to change or cancel my request.
Email support@handvetted.com with your name and what you would like to change. If we have not matched you yet, we update or cancel the request. If a match has been made, we coordinate with the business on your behalf.
My match wasn't a good fit. Can I get a different one?
Yes. Tell us what was not right and we will re-match you with a different verified professional at no cost. We want the match to be right, not just fast.
I want to report a problem with a matched business.
We take this seriously. Email support@handvetted.com with the business name, what happened and any relevant details. We investigate every report and act when our standards are not met.
