  • With a lending partner: Only if you explicitly opt in to explore financing during the intake process. Your information is shared with one verified lending partner.
  • With compliance and verification services: We use third-party services such as TrustedForm and ActiveProspect to verify consent and ensure compliance. These services may process limited data as part of their functions.
  • As required by law: We may disclose information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet law enforcement or national security requirements.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with multiple businesses. We do not provide your data to third-party advertisers.
